Erin M. Nobles

Attorney Erin Nobles

Attorney Erin Nobles concentrates her practice in Estate Planning, including Long Term Care Planning, Special Needs Trusts, Elder Law/Medicaid Planning, and Probate Administration. She is licensed in Massachusetts and Florida.

Ms. Nobles graduated Cum Laude from Suffolk University Law School, with a concentration in Health and Biomedical Law. Ms. Nobles earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida.

Prior to founding Nobles & Sigman with Attorney Sigman, Ms. Nobles worked as an associate at Lubin & Meyer, P.C. and as an Assistant Attorney General with the Florida Office of the Attorney General. While at the Office of the Attorney General, Ms. Nobles worked with state and federal law enforcement to prosecute Medicare and Medicaid fraud on behalf of Florida taxpayers. She also represented the Florida Department of Revenue in Social Security proceedings.

Ms. Nobles became interested in estate and long-term disability planning when her daughter was diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension in 2010. She understands the highly personalized nature of estate planning, and is passionate about helping families create plans that are durable, flexible, and affordable.

Lisa C. Sigman

Attorney Lisa Sigman

Attorney Lisa Sigman concentrates her practice on Small Business and Franchisee representation, working with small business owners and franchisees in the purchase and sale of their business, as well as their ancillary legal needs in the operation of their businesses, including the drafting, review and negotiation of various legal contracts and documents, Federal and State trademark filings and business entity formation. She is licensed in Massachusetts.

Prior to founding Nobles & Sigman with Attorney Nobles, Attorney Sigman was a Partner at Sigman Law Office, PC, a general practice firm representing Business and Franchise clients in and around Boston, the North Shore and Metro West. Franchise clients included Speed Pro, Cartridge World, Stone Cold Creamery, and Mr. Handyman.

Attorney Sigman graduated Cum Laude from Suffolk University Law School, with Honors in the Health and Biomedical Concentration. While at Suffolk, Lisa was an editor for the Journal of High Technology Law and was a founding editor of the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law. During her studies at Suffolk, she worked as a clerk at Lubin and Meyer, P.C. Following law school, she worked as a clerk for the Law Offices of J.D. Geraigery, P.C., an Intellectual Property firm located in Cambridge, MA.

 

Attorney Sigman earned her B.S. in Radiologic Technology at Fairleigh Dickinson University, in Madison, NJ, where she attended as a Presidential Scholar.
