Eric M. Sigman

Attorney Eric Sigman handles the Real Estate, Business and Condominium Areas of the practices.
Attorney Sigman earned his Juris Doctor at Suffolk University Law School focusing on Real Estate Law and Estate Planning. He was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution student group and competed in the Thomas C. Clark Competition. He was part of a student organized research group, which researched, analyzed and published a white paper distributed to the Massachusetts House of Representatives and Senate regarding the House Resolution to ban gay marriage, under the direction of Senator Jack Hart. He also worked as a clerk at a Litigation and Real Estate Firm in Beverly, MA.
Eric earned his B.S. in Psychology, graduating from the University of Vermont, with a minor in History. While at UVM he was a member of three academic honor societies: Phi Beta Kappa, Psi Chi, and Phi Alpha Theta. Following graduation, Eric worked as a paralegal at the Law Office of David Barber, before attending law school.
Attorney Sigman continues his legal education, staying abreast of trends and changes in real estate and estate planning law through participation in MCLE and NBI courses throughout the year. He is an active member of BNI, the New England Franchise Association, and the Trade Center Networkers Group, and is the Goal Keeper coach for the UMASS Lowell Women’s Soccer team.

Lisa C. Sigman

Attorney Lisa Sigman handles the Franchise Law and Business areas of the practice.
Attorney Sigman graduated Cum Laude from Suffolk University Law School, with Honors in the Health and Biomedical Concentration. While at Suffolk, Lisa was an editor for the Journal of High Technology Law and was a founding editor of the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law. During her studies at Suffolk, she concentrated on Intellectual Property Law and Health Law. She worked as a clerk at Lubin and Meyer, P.C., a prominent litigation firm in Boston, and volunteered at the Greater Boston Legal Services as part of the Battered Women’s Clinical Program. Following law school, she worked as a clerk for the Law Offices of J.D. Geraigery, P.C., an Intellectual Property firm located in Cambridge, MA.
Lisa earned her B.S. in Radiologic Technology at Fairleigh Dickinson University, in Madison, NJ, where she attended as a Presidential Scholar. While at FDU, Lisa was the founding Vice President of the Pan Hellenic Council. After college, she worked locally as an X-ray and MRI technologist, before and while attending law school.
Lisa continues her legal education through participation in MCLE courses throughout the year and is an active member of the New England Franchise Association and the North Shore Women’s Lawyers Association.

Michael J. Callahan

Attorney Michael J. Callahan handles the Real Estate, Estate Planning, Elder Law/Medicaid Planning, Probate Administration, Guardianships and Conservatorships areas of the practice.
Prior to joining Sigman Law Office, PC, Attorney Callahan worked as associate at a firm in Newton, Massachusetts, and as a solo-practitioner in Reading, Massachusetts, where he practiced in the areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning, Elder Law/Medicaid Planning, Probate Administration, Guardianships and Conservatorships.
Attorney Callahan earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, his Master of Education from Cambridge College and his Bachelor of Education from Bridgewater State College.
Attorney Callahan is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. He is also an active member of the Eastern Middlesex Association of Realtors and is a regularly featured author in their monthly newsletter.
